National Geocaching Organization
Geocaching is an entertaining adventure game for gps users. Participating in a cache hunt is a good way to take advantage of the wonderful features and capability of a gps unit. The basic idea is to have individuals and organizations set up caches all over the world and share the locations of these caches on the internet. GPS users can then use the location coordinates to find the caches. Once found, a cache may provide the visitor with a wide variety of rewards. All the visitor is asked to do is if they get something they should try to leave something for the cache.

Michigan Geocaching Organization
The purpose of our organization is to promote the sport of Geocaching in Michigan via improved communications and to provide information to the public about our activities and the sport of geocaching. Please spend some time on our site. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us or visit the geocaching.com FAQ for more details.

Northern Michigan Geocachers
We are the Northern Michigan Geocachers (NMG), a loosely organized group of geocachers who plan to get together regularly throughout the Northern Lower and Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Meetings are held monthly throughout the area and are posted as an event cache on www.geocaching.com.
